SEP Client move between Groups

Hi Guys , I neeed to know if it is possible automatically or not.

Group-1 ( City A )

Group-2  (City B )

If the SEP client that is within Group-1 ( City A) moves physically to City B then can we make sure that client will also move automatically within the SEPM console from Group-1 to Group-2 automatically. Or we have to manually move client within SEPM console from one group to another group.
