Manually updating virus definitions for Endpoint on Linux

I am looking to incorporate Endpoint for Linux into my company's software. As our product is installed in an environment with no internet access, we will need a way to manually download the virus definition files for Endpoint so that we can pass them through securtity on a DVD, then copy them onto our system once they're approved. Is this at all possible? If so, is there any public documentation outlining the steps necessary to accomplish this?
