Executable file to update local PC

I'm working with a middle school that uses a software package on their lab computers that resets the lapotp back to an installation baseline every time it is rebooted.  The problem is if the laptop gets updated by the SEP server throughout the day the update is set back to the baseline every morning.  I can create a schedule that runs an executable program that will get the update and automatically included in the new baseline.  What executable program will force the updates to be retrieved from the server?
