Merging 2 SEPM

Hi everyone,

before I had a SEPM 12.1.5. I referee reach SEPM 12.1.6 on a new server. I moved data from SEPM 12.1.5 through 12.1.6 new server but it is divided into two sites. Now, I want to merge the two sites into one easy to manage. What I have to do ?
And I have one Mac as you install it on SEPM.
