Client package shows offline

Hi,

I have installed the new symantec endpoint  12.1.6 (12.1 MP3) build 6608 in my office environment. I have created client deployment packages for my client which are server as well as desktops. When I deploy the client package on my Windows 2003 64bit server the package gets installed on the server but shows offline as it cannot communicate with the mamagement server. The syslink drop works fine but bydefault why does not the server communicate with the mamagement server.
