USB Blocked

We are currently using Symantec EndPoint Protection Manager.

We use 2 groups with specific usb policies - the first one will block e and second will allow. Even moving a workstation from a group do another, the flash drive still doesn´t work and we see the message Access Denied.

After removing SEP Client the usb still got blocked giving us a suspect there´s something beyond SEP blocking USB. Even after reinstalling SEP Client the problem persists.

Is there something we can do or somewhere to verify?
