Symantec Service Not Start

Hi

After unistalling Kaspersky antivirus from my network , Symantec Service not start on some computers (Server and Client(win8.1-10-2008-2012)) .I tried to install SEPm 12.1.4 and 12.1.6.but everytime systems show me the problem and Symantec service don't start.

System Said : Symantec Endpoint Protection cannot open because some Symantec Services are stopped. Restart the Symantec services, and then open Symantec Endpoint Protection

Please Give me solution
