Upload a suspected infected file (retail, basic, essential, gold etc.) ??

can someone please shed a light on all the different Upload possibilities?

I came across all those links in the last few Months:

which one is the right one for me? we are gold partner atm.

Any disadvantages if i choose the wrong one?
