SEP 12.1 ru6 mp3 not installing correctly on windows 10.

I am having an issue with SEP 12.1 ru6 mp3 installing on windows 10 -  It seemed to be working until the last few days or so - now on new images with MDT it fails, it also has failed on both clean from the MS media builds and other MDT builds that I did with out the AV - it also has failed on hardware that shipped with Win 10 so I have ruled out our corprate images. All PCs are Win10 1511 and the client is 12.1.6608.6300
