I need a solution
Download Insight is responsible for about 80% of my daily tickets. Some part of it seems to break pretty often on my 7,000 computers.
1) Does Download Insight require that Symantec IPS and IDS also be enabled on the end client?
2) If I have slow or no Internet access from the end client, does the Download Insight module 'timeout' or become 'disabled' somehow?
I'm about ready to turn the dang thing off since it is causing so many tickets
