I need a solution

We are unable to access our SEM console. When we attempt to log in, we receive a message "Failed to Connect to Server". I've checked and noticed that the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager is crashing as soon as it's initiated. The Event Manager just gives a generic "Terminated unexpectedly". Not sure which log to look in. The scm-server-0.log hasn't updated in a few weeks. Not sure which log to check.
