Accidentially deleted the hostname from synmantec end point manager

hi everyone

I deleted the hostname of a client accidentially from end point manager and i dont have any access to that remote client what will do for this please respond.

will deletion cause a any problem and i need to give certain access to that client from end point manager.

any form to restore deleted hostname manually or possible of entry manually the details(i have details since)

please respond community its urgent
