Hi,

The customer’s license will be expired on 30-Jun-2015. As per user’s experience, the current expired date should be extended 30 days after they import the attached file(38507136) but we found that the expired date is still the same. There’s no any changes after importing the trial key.

Please check and advise if this is normal situation. Thanks.
