I need a solution
We do quick scans on our servers once a day, about 4 or 5 times a month a scan on some server will hang and none will run until we reboot the server. We can occasionally kill the process running the scan but that seldom works. Running the latest version of SEP but it's been happening with all versions. Happens across two different sites.
Would be fantastic if Symantec could fine a way to fix it or at least let use stop the hung process.
