ccSvcHst DMP files

I have over 15GB of ccSvcHst DMP files that I cannot delete.  Everytime I try, I recieve an "Access denied" message.

These are all logs from the old SEP 12.1.5 install and I have upgraded to 12.1.7.

How can I go about deleteing these files to free up some much needed disk space?
