I need a solution
Environment: Windows 7 Pro 64 bit, SEP 12.1.6 MP6
Unmanaged client(s)
Issue - after upgrading from SEP 12.1.4 to SEP 12.1.6 MP6 we are unable to permanently change the Download Insight actions through the Client UI. The Download Insight actions always revert to the Symantec defaults upon rebooting.
The client(s) are unmanaged - they never connect to a SEPM. The upgrade was done by downloading the Symantec_Endpoint_Protection_12.1.6_MP6_All_Clients_EN.zip file from fileconnect and running the Windows 64 bit clent installer.
Any suggestions? Anyone know of a workaround?
