Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager

I have set up SEMP (Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager) on our server ready to deploy to our client machines, however my problem is that I am uanble to access the; Home, Monitors, Reports tab. I have entered in the admin credientals and under 'Domain' I have put both the domain names for our internal domian and the SEMP user domain and both had no effect.

Is there a fix, have a missed something. Any help would be grately appreciated.
