Autorun.inf - allow copy/edit/paste

Hello,

I have a Development user who when working on products we supply needs to be able to move the autorun.inf file relating to his product to variou slocations. SEP is blocking this file from any action including copy and paste. Is it possible to have SEP block the file from loading but allow it to be moved between folder locations?

I have set the Application Control Rules to Block access to any Read Attempt but to allow access to Create, Delete or Write Attempt. But this does not allow the file to be moved around.
