I need a solution
The machine was already reformatted and HDD was replaced. Symantec MBR Tool kit was also used to clean up the machine but the infection still recurred after a few days. I already have a support from symantec. But as of now no solutions given to me, they always ask for a logs, symhelp log, risk log, scan log. I uploaded also the MBR file that has detection also on virus total. The support said on friday that there was a detection and I have to wait for the rapid release and update me on monday but now it's tuesday.
We already had this infection on windows xp but is already fixed. This occurs on one machine.
