SEP 14.0 showing issues in Symantec Diagnostic Tool

Hi,

     I have installed the latest version of Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.0.1904.0000. Wanted to Check the product by using Symantec Diagnostic Tool, in the scan test it is showing

         Proactive Threat Protection Not Functioning Properly

Uninstalled & Reinstalled using cleanwipe, but still problem is not cleared, kindly fix the problem in the next patch.....
