Application and Device Control Policy disabled

In our environment , we have few criticial Petrol station machines on which only Virus and Sypware policy is enanbled. application and device control is disabled for the whole environmnet, because we have another application which does the same functionality. 

Still I got logs showing application and device control disabling applications on this PC.

Please tell, how I can avoid this application control& device policy to tamper with these critical machines
