I need a solution
I have a SEPM 12.1 & client is windows server 2012(virtual machine) since last three days its not getting update with AV definition & showing Offline in SEPM Consol . I have tried to push update from SEPM server but client did not update . Then try to stop client AV service with command (smc - stop) but since this srvices did not get stop & its still running. Now tried to delete the client from SEPM consol but it did not synchronize with server since then.
Request you all to please do help & suggest to resolve this issue.
