I need a solution

Since a few weeks, our backup solutions tells us the following file is in use and cannot be back-up up:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Symantec Shared\EENGINE\EraserUtilDrv11611.sys
Can anyone confirm if this is a legit file from Symantec Endpoint Protection?
