logs pop up Symantec Email Proxy Error

Hello,

I need help. The customer needs to send a lot of e-mails via an Outlook and see popups screen of Symantec Email Proxy Error. I know why this is happening. But I can not find on the SEPM console any records about this. I can see this pop up only on client PC. Who knows where on remote console I can see the logs about blocking an Outlook emails?
