Symantec Endpoint Protection Launcher is terminating in response to a 'stop' request from the Service Control Manager. SEPM 12.1.6 MP4

HI,

I am getting error while lanched the SEPM console, when i checked its service it goes stop automatically after  start.

from event log i got

"Symantec Endpoint Protection Launcher is terminating in response to a 'stop' request from the Service Control Manager. This is an informational message only. No user action is required."

and

"Symantec Endpoint Protection Launcher is starting in response to a 'start' request from the Service Control Manager. This is an informational message only. No user action is required."

and

"The Java Virtual Machine has exited with a code of -1, the service is being stopped."

I am using SEPM 12.1.6 MP4 with server 2012 R2.  Any idea how can i solve it.
