Admin account is locked on 12.1.7

Hi guys,

So my Admin account is locked on 12.1.7 and there is no Resetpass.bat to use.
When i try to hit "forgot password" and provide the details, the screen basically freezes when it tries to send me an email.

Any other way i can reset the password?
