I need a solution
Hi,
I'm using an application that must use window's LowLevelKeyboardProc* callback function. However, I notice that when recent builds of v12 and v14 of Symantec Endpoint Protection is installed, it is losing its keyboard hook as it is taking too long to process the keyboard events. Uninstalling SEP fixes the problem, so it looks like SEP is causing the slowdown.
How can I exclude this application from all scans and autoprotect? I added the application to sonar and application exceptions to no effect, and this problem occurs even if I use the SEP system tray icon to temporarily disable SEP. I'm on windows 10 1607.
