Request Entity Too Large

I am getting the following error for some of my systems:

Reputation check for unproven files failed because of network errors for the last 3 days. Last Error at: 12/27/2016 17:13:713. Description: Status: 413, "Request Entity Too Large" 

What does this error mean and how do I fix it?
