Which CentOS kernels are supported for SEP 12.1 MP6 and MP7?

Hello,

I'm curious about which Linux distros SEP MP6/7 can be installed on.

I found this article:

I'm looking mostly for CentOS 5.11 and 6.8, and this article makes it seem as if both versions are not supported. Is that correct?
