SEPprep Utility not working

Hi,

I am currently trying to use the SEPprep utility to remove multiple installations of a custom install of Bit Defender.  However, when the script is run, it reports back:

Can this utility be used to remove other AV installs, or does SEP need to be installed in the first instance?
