The Policy name conflict

Hi All,

We got new responsibity to manage SEPM policies where everything already configured.I have found that same policy name used in different locations. When I'm trying to update LU policy, I'm getting an error message "The name has been used; use a unique name". My doubt is how our previous administrator created policies with same name?

Location: AAA
LU policy name: Liveupdate1 (Shared)
Used By: My Company\AAA

Location: BBB
LU policy name: Liveupdate1 (Shared)
Used By: My Company\BBB

Location: CCC
LU policy name: Liveupdate1 (Shared)
Used By: My Company\CCC
