How to move SEPM 14 from one server to another server.

Hi,

Is it possible to upgrade existing SEPM 12.6 to 14 and then move/export the same database and policy into a new windows 2012 server.

Will the database remain the same if backed up?

can i use replication to install a new SEPM on new windows server?

and are there any known or unknown issues when upgrading SEPM 12.1.6 to SEPM 14?

Any help would be awesome.
