SEPM 12.1.6 cannot pull Updates from LUA

Hi Symantec,

Is there a way to check why my sepm cannot pull updates from LUA 2.3.4

LUA already have successfull scheduled update and distribution update.

Is there any special setting or username/password need to set in the new SEPM 12.1.6?

Is it required to activate the license? (10days old)
