SEPM sevrer properties

Dears,

I noticed in the admin -> servers window that there is an option to import and export server properties, I need to know the following:

1) what these properties are ?

2) are they included in the disaster recovery file ?

3) if i re-install the SEPM or upgrade will i need to import and export server properties ?
