SEP 14 java console not loading - URLS + ports worked previously with SEP 12??

I have installed SEP 14 java console and downloaed the latest required java version.

When I login I cant see the 3 tabs, Home, Monitors and Reports - this was only after we upgraded to SEP 14 from SEP 12.

Here is the SEPM console log entries that clearly show that something is being blocked on the customer proxy . What will be required
to be opened (URL's , ports) as this working with SEP 12.
