File exclusion in SEP12.x

Hi All,

          We have an inhouse developed DLL file that needs to be excluded from every type of SEP scan during some SCCM package deployments that are happening. Can this be achieved just in Exclusion policies using this File entry. So it will not get detected no matter where it is, or partition it may be on either. Have attached screen cap for reference example of exception.
