Device Control Weird Behavior

Dears,

When I was doing a demo for a customer he asked me to apply USB Block policy so, I used device control and added "USB" expecting that any device whatever it is pluged in using USB port will be blockd, we have a USB mouse and USB keyboard but the weird thing is that the mouse was blocked while the keyboard was not blocked, any idea why the keyboard was not blocked ?
