W10 x64 freezes when mounting a HDD on the computer

Dear All:

I have issues with Symantec client version 14.0.194.0000 and  14.0.2349.0100 on WIN 10 PRO or Enterprise version 10.0.14393 or superior , When installing some hard disk (HDD EXTERNAL) the operating system is frozen (pendrive smaller than 8Gb no problems).

I check and uninstall Symantec and them all System working fine, please check this issue. (internal security software (waterwall) working fine)

Test Issue

S.O : Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise/Microsoft Windows 10 Pro

S.O Version : 10.0.15063

SEP version :14.0.194.0000 / 14.0.2349.0100

Tests are performed on the same computer with V3 and Windows defender and laptops working fine.
