Hi,
Made a fresh intallation of SEPM 12.1.6168 as trial on different PC, by keeping an existing SEPM 12.1.671 inparallel to the same environment.
1. Now the trial is asking for serial number (ofcourse it has a time out period) - can I use the same serial which is working with 12.1.671 (I'm afraid of using a working serial number from a server to another server will reduce the number of license installed on 12.1.671)
2. Did a client installation of 12.1.6168 on client without removing the old pack as(12.1.671), when I execute 12.1.6168 from client it keeps asking a password which was there on the old client pack, and it accepts the old password too, ofcourse the package shows it is 12.1.6168
3. SEPM 12.1.6168 takes longer to open with a prompt as Unexpected Server Error as 0x10010000.
4. SEPM 12.1.6168 shows no client added.
I think I need to uninstall the old client pack from client before to deploy the new one; I am not deploying the new client pack all users but to test with some users.
