Symantec Endpoint Protection keeps informing that it has reacted on risk for APQ***.tmp files

I have a customer whose since having Symantec Endpoint Protection installed (Version: 12.1.4013.4013) keeps getting pop up dialog box (as per the attached screen shot) with a great many APQ***.tmp files being detected as Trojan.Gen2.

These pop-ups keep appearing endlessly, How can I stop them from appearing? I have attempted to delete them from the quarantine but this crashes the machine. Are they a genuine trojan or is SEP wrongly classifying them as a trojan.

Please can someone get back to me ASAP as this is causing one of our customers a lot of inconvenience
