GUP related questions

Hello,

Our environment has a few SEPMs and GUPs; they are all running 12.1.6.

SEP Clients are still running 12.1.4. All will be upgraded soon to 12.1.6 once tests are successfully done.

Majority of the SEP Clients are having updated definitions, except for some remote office PCs. They are running 3-4 weeks older definitions.
It seems like they stopped downloading definitions after implementing Bandwidth-Throttling on the network.

Since the PCs are not updated since weeks, will designating a new GUP [updated client] in that remote office address the problem for the rest?
