What admin rights are needed to install SEP in PCI?

I need a solution

Hi, what admin rights are needed to install SEP on clients in our PCI environment?  Right now, we have System Administrator rights, but no one is able to install any new clients because each time it fails, even though we're logging on with the correct credentials and domain name.

We discovered this late last week, and found that our IDs don't have enough administrative priveleges to install SEP clients, and we've been asked to follow up with Symantec about exactly what administrative rights our IDs require to install clients.  We found out quite by accident that only 1 ID in the entire company can make this work, and this is completely unacceptable to have only this 1 person's ID be able to install clients.

We just upgraded to the latest SEP (12.1.5 RU5, I believe).  We also believe it is a setting that has to be entered into Group Policy in order for this to happen.  Does any of this make any sense to anyone?

Thanks for any help!
