Enter your user name and password to log on to Symantec Reporting

Upgraded from 12.1.4 to 12.1.6. After logging on to the console on the SEPM server we're getting: "Enter your user name and password to log on to Symantec Reporting" on the HOME screen. All other screens are fine (MONITORS, REPORTS, etc.)

Tried everything in the following documents with no result:
