LUA distribution center is showing not reachable in windows 2012 server

Hi,

I have install LUA 2.3.4 in windows server 2012 and configured it as a distribution center. But it is showing not reachable. We can able to telnet the port but still it is showing not reachable. But LUA version 2.3.2 is working fine without any problem.
