I need a solution
I am getting this error the week after I migrated my SEP management server from Win 2008 to Win 2012. It worked fine for the first week but now all my clients are reporting as offline. I restarted the server and I still get the same problem.
Here is my FUSTRATED part. I tried to enter a ticket BUT I keep getting rejected because I am entering an invalid version number. I have tried:

I am out of options. How do I submit a ticket to get this issue looked at....? I have tried to contact my reps via email and no response from anyone for two weeks.
