Failed to connect to the server when logging in to SEPM

I need a solution

Having problem when accessing the Symantec Endpoint Protection Management console.  "Failed to connect to the server" error message appears.

Went through some troubleshooting procedures that were found on the forum, yet issue still exist.

From, changing the sem5.log file to reinstalling the poduct (again and again).

Need help.

By the way, this is a new installation, meaning there is no other Symantec Product installed.
