SEP Install Failure, error 1603

Hi,

I'm trying to use MDT to install SEP 12.1.6608.6300 x64 on Windows 10 Enterprise x64 LTSB during the deployment process. This worked great for Windows 7 and SEP 12.1.5337.5000. Each time I try, I get a 1603 error. I ran the MSI file interactively and generated a log file. The log file is non-descript. There is a great deal of information there, I just have no idea what it means. Is there a key or some kind of reference that translates what all of this gibberish? See attached file for the log. Just change the file extension from TXT to LOG.
