Backup and re-installation of Endpoint point manager 12.1.6

Dear Support

I have an mail server in which Endpoint protection & manager 12.1.6 build 6318  is installed. Now due to some reasons I need to format this server. So, kindly help me where can I find the above version software link to download. Also what I need you help to

1. Take backup of existing clients

2. Take backup of existing settings

3. What is the procedure of installing the above softwares

4. How to import the setting and clients which is taken backup

Please reply to this immediatly as I need to format the server now.
