Symantec 14 Upgrade Problems

Hi,

I have installed SYMC ENDPOINT PROTECTION 12.1 PER USER BNDL on my clients. I received an email from symantec stating that I can freely upgrade my product to Symantec 14. But in my fileconnect portal the Symantec 14 version packages are not available. How can I upgrade my current version to Symantec 14 ?
