Hello all,
I'm trying to add more servers to the manage console. But the first anomaly is that I'm creating the package to add client to Default Group (after the client appears in the group I will move to final group, in this case to server group), but after the server reports him on the console it's appears on the server group, not in the default. But one of the servers in the group is deleted. Only 85 servers are allowed, if I add a new one, another is deleted and I continuing with 85 inside the group.
Before of this, we had the same symptom with the desktops, we opened a case in the tech support and the answer was reinstall the console in another server, well we did that, but if this occurs again...
Does anybody has this problem and know how to solve it?
The version is SEP 12.1.5
